Details

Arnie was one of the last of the people to play professional ly at both Cricket and Football.

His football career took in Manchester United, (when in the 2nd division) and later Huddersfield and Halifax Town.

He played for Yorkshire County Cricket Club from 1973 to 1991 and one test for England.

Voted by The Times poll of  2007  at No.5 in the worst footballers to play in the top flight !
